If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with an order, the unused item can be returned and the size, item or good can be replaced.
Returned Goods Instructions

  1. To request permission to return, the Customer must post a request to [email protected] In the e-mail, the specified codes of the items you wish to return and desired compensation must be stated: size, item, or a voucher to be used on any future order. Upon receipt of the request made, Piero Calzature SRL will post the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
  2. The refund shipping costs will be paid by the Customer.
  3. The Customer can choose between two types of compensation:
    1) Change of good or item
    It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size or a different colour, if available.
    It is also possible to replace the good with a different item.
  4. The return shipment must take place within 10 days of receiving the order.


  • All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered in effect an integral part of the Product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as the only outer packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped to Piero Calzature SRL - VIA LAME 56 BOLOGNA.
  • In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in the shipments made by Piero Calzature SRL., arrangements can be made by phone at. +39 059 440091
  • Piero Calzature SRL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or shipments by Couriers other than those indicated in the return instructions in the email. These returns will be accepted with a 10% charge on the value of the returned goods.
  • Piero Calzature SRL will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided by the return policy. In such cases the goods will be returned to the poster at the original shipping address.
